MYESPORTCARD ApS is owned and administrated by Kasper Carlsen. Nikolaj Nørup Sostack has the capacity as data controller. To successfully place an order at MYESPORTSCARD, you’ll have to at the very minimum share your: Name, address, zip code, city, country, phone number, and email address. By placing an order at MYESPORTSCARD, you’re giving us permission to process your personal data in relation to expediting and handling your order. Your personal information is stored together with relevant

information about which products you’ve purchased for 5 years (starting from the end of the nearest financial year) as required by the Danish law of accounting § 10. Subsequently, they’re deleted. This data processing takes place directly on MYESPORTSCARD and through partners and integrations. These partners and integrations are: Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, SpotOn, and COBURY. Our website is hosted through Simply.com. Accounting is assigned to Dennis from Admica. We’ve entered into data processing agreements (DPA) with all relevant parties.

If you’ve created an account on our store, your personal information will not be deleted unless requested. All e-mails you send us including personal information are deleted once the information is no longer necessary.

MYESPORTSCARD’s external storage solution downloads orders on a daily basis through WooCommerce. 6 months after expediting your order all data is deleted from their platform. To process your order all necessary information is shared with storage and shipping partners. We’ve entered into DPA’s with al relevant parties.

To improve user experience on MYESPORTSCARD we use necessary cookies. Cookies is a type of standard technology used by most websites. A cookie is a small text-based file that’s stored in your webbrowser, used primarily to register you as a unique user. Cookies are necessary to the functioning of our website. Cookies are also used for data analysis, performance and strategic improvements as well as for tailored marketing. You can delete your cookies at any time. How to do this depends on which browser you use. Upon visiting our site you’re given the opportunity to see and select which cookies are stored. While you may say no to non-necessary cookies (statistic/marketing cookies), the necessary cookies are mandatory.

Shared information / Partners

  • QuickPay & PensoPay (MobilePay (DK), Klarna, Apple Pay, payment cards): We use Quickpay & Pensopay to handle payments.
  • Google Analytics: We use 3rd party programs for tracking and share them with Google Analytics. We do so to optimize website and marketing performance.
  • Facebook: We use 3rd party programs for tracking and share them with Google Analytics. We do so to optimize marketing performance.
  • WordPress/WooCommerce: We use 3rd party programs for tracking and share them with WordPress/WooCommerce. We do so to maintain our shop and handle important features such as stock, delivery, and payment.
  • Mailchimp: We use 3rd party programs for tracking and share them with Mailchimp. We do so to optimize marketing performance.
  • Yoast-SEO: We use 3rd party programs for tracking and share them with Yoast-SEO. We do so to optimize marketing performance.
  • Simply: We use Simply to power our website. Information necessary to optimize performance and marketing is shared.
  • Data processors: We’ve entered into DPA’s with all of the aforementioned data processors, which is our guarantee that they’re living up to the rules regarding protection of your personal information.

Overview

Personal information covers all information related to you in any shape or form. When you use our website, we collect and process various such information. Typically the following information is collected and processed: A unique ID with technical information about your device, IP-address, geographic location as well as behavior across the website. Insofar as provided b you (e.g. order placed), we also collect/process your name, phone, email, address, and payment information.

Security

We’ve optimized for security to ensure your information is not misused in any shape or form insofar as possible. We will always collect and process your data in accordance with the law, anonymously insofar as possible, and with a safe connection. Your personal information will only be used as agreed upon. Breach of Data Since MYESPORTSCARD collects and processes most information through external medias and drives, we’ve entered into DPA’s with all parties. These DPA’s ensure that any breach of data are reported to the relevant authorities, MYESPORTSCARD, and the consumer within 72 hours of confirmed breach.
As the data processor assess the breach, they must also assess the extent and severity of the breach and the consequences, which must then be addressed and notified.

 Challenge & Complaints

In accordance with the GDPR, you’ve the right to also be informed of which of your personal information we’re currently storing. If there’s any mistakes in the information stored, you can request to have it changed. You also have the right to receive a list and print of your information in a regular format (data portability). Finally, you may also request that we delete all information stored about you insofar as this information is not necessary in accordance with the Danish accounting law. All such requests must be sent to hello@myesportscard.com.
